The International Egg Art Guild has done so much for the craft of Egg Art that I am proud to be a member. From the guild's history page, I learned that eggery artist Kit Stansbury was the mover and shaker behind forming the guild in the 1970s, and it has grown from there.

The IEAG has a masters program in egg art, which covers so many of the basic and advanced eggery techniques that completion of the program truly does confer mastery of the craft.

Egg shows are an important part of the egg art community, and the IEAG maintains a show schedule page that I depend on to find shows in my area and keep up with the artists and suppliers who participate...

The suppliers page is an eggcellent source of egg decorating supplies - all members, all superb sites.

Not every craft has such a great guild backing the artists, and I say a big thank you to the leadership, membership, and supporters... bravo for the IEAG!
