This is a real blown egg, painted with a clear, shiny epoxy coating that makes it almost unbreakable. Fitted with a small finding and a jump ring, it is ready to hang or be made into earrings, jewelry, or anything eggmaginable! The egg will not break when dropped on the floor or by knocking into other beads.... we took some test eggs treated with this coating through our destructive testing department (aka our children) and found their limits. They don't like to be stepped on, or (my favorite) leaned on when getting up from the beading table... but for normal handling, they are durable!

Pigeon, white and oval @ 1.5 inches tall, 4.5 inches around the longest dimension, 4 inches around the fattest dimension, similar to the dove egg but larger. One small hole on end.
