This is a collection of 12 blown eggs on clear plastic stands, arranged in descending order of size. The eggs are not glued to the stands. The collection includes one each: Goose, Large White Pekin Duck, Turkey, Small Rouen Duck (or Mallard), Chicken (brown, cream, or white), Bantam Chicken (cream), Ringneck Pheasant, Chukar Partridge, Pharaoh Quail, Bobwhite Quail, Button Quail, and Finch. The eggs are blown with a single hole on the bottom end. Some of the smaller eggs may have a tiny hole both top and bottom, or may be dried instead of blown (they are stronger that way, and stable). The set is shipped in a sturdy box with protective foam and bubblewrap. Measurements of the eggs are listed below. Goose, white, @ 3.5 tall, 9 inches around tallest circumference, 7 inches around fattest circumference, 3/16ths inch hole, on a plastic pedestal stand. Porous white, thicker shell than a chicken egg.
Duck, white, @ 2.75 inches tall, 7.5 inches around tallest circumference, 6.5 inches around fattest circumference, 3/16ths inch hole, on a plastic pedestal stand. Waxy smooth surface, thinner than a goose egg and more flexible than a chicken egg.
Turkey, beige, @ 2.5 inches tall, 7.25 inches around the tallest circumference, 6 inches around the fattest circumference, beige with tan speckles, natural matte finish, very pointy end, 3/16ths or smaller hole, on a plastic pedestal stand
Small Duck, light pastel-green, @ 2.5 inches tall, 6.5 inches around tallest circumference, 6 inches around fattest circumference, 3/16ths inch hole, on a plastic pedestal stand. Waxy smooth surface, thinner than a goose egg and more flexible than a chicken egg.
Chicken, brown, cream, or white, @ 2.25 inches tall, 6.25 inches around tallest circumference, 5.5 inches around fattest circumference, 3/16ths inch hole, on a plastic pedestal stand. Most brittle of all the eggs, porous surface.
Bantam Chicken, cream, @ 5 inches around the longest dimension, 4.5 inches around the fattest dimension, 1.25 inches tall, brittle and porous.
Ringneck Pheasant, military green, @ 2 inches tall, 5.5 inches around tallest circumference, 4.75 inches around fattest circumference, 3/16ths inch hole, on a plastic pedestal stand. Naturally smooth surface, not as porous as the other eggs.
Chukar Partridge, tan with brown speckles, @1.25 inches tall, 4.5 inches around tallest circumference, 4 inches around fattest circumference, 3/16ths inch hole, on a plastic pedestal stand. Smooth surface textured by the speckles, thinner shell than a chicken egg but more flexible.
Pharaoh Quail, dark brown blotches on light brown background - magnificently blotchy, sometimes has a natural chalky finish, @ 1.25 inches tall, 3.5 inches around the tallest circumference, 3 inches around the fattest circumference, 3/16ths inch hole, on a plastic pedestal stand. Egg is also known as Coturnix Quail egg. The Pharaoh and Bobwhite Quail eggs can be the same size, so they are carefully selected to keep the gradation in size. One or the other will be larger.
Bobwhite Quail, white, @ 1.25 inches tall, 3.5 inches around the tallest circumference, 3 inches around the fattest circumference, 3/16ths inch hole, on a plastic pedestal stand.
Button Quail, olive brown, sometimes with dark speckles, @ 1 inch tall, 3 inches around tallest circumference, 2.5 inches around fattest circumference, small hole, on a plastic pedestal stand.
Finch, @ 10/16ths of an inch tall, light beige or white or greenish, small hole, sometimes hole is top and bottom, on a plastic pedestal stand. They look like jelly beans. Very thin shell.
