Lot of 15 Real Egg Beads
These real blown or dried eggs are NOT coated, they are in their natural state with no finish. They do have findings and jump rings, ready to hang. They don't like being dropped or crushed - (just to let you know). The picture shows the actual eggs in this lot. Included are:
4 Bobwhite Quail Eggs,
2 Coturnix Quail Eggs (aka Pharaoh Quail),
9 Button Quail Eggs.
Also included but not pictured are two flawed Coturnix Quail uncoated egg beads, same as the pictured one but funked, and these are good for testing the limits of the nice ones, like how much they can take before they'll break or how a finish will look, or whatever.
These are the last egg beads I will have available for a while as I retrench on the home front... I have a couple of other listings with similar products and when they are all sold, I don't plan to make more until I'm in my new digs.
Coturnix or Pharaoh Quail, dark brown blotches on light brown background - magnificently blotchy, sometimes has a natural chalky finish, @ 1.25 inches tall, 3.5 inches around the tallest circumference, 3 inches around the fattest circumference, 3/16ths inch hole.. Egg is also known as Coturnix Quail egg. The Pharaoh and Bobwhite Quail eggs can be the same size, so they are carefully selected to keep the gradation in size. One or the other will be larger.
Bobwhite Quail, white, @ 1.25 inches tall, 3.5 inches around the tallest circumference, 3 inches around the fattest circumference, 3/16ths inch hole..
Button Quail, olive brown, sometimes with dark speckles, @ 1 inch tall, 3 inches around tallest circumference, 2.5 inches around fattest circumference, small hole.
