These eggshells, already dyed, are a mix of colors and of egg types. We combined all of our white eggshells and put them through pysanky egg dyes for a variety of tones and colors. Spread out flat, the eggshell tightly covers about 4 x 3 inches of space. The eggshell size varies as shown in the picture. Clean and ready to work with, each bag contains @ 2 tablespoons of broken eggshell from our own egg stock. 1 tablespoon of eggshell is equivalent to one chicken egg. Each bag contains at least two eggs, except for the smaller egg types, which contain more than two eggs for the 2 tablespoons. We have a wide variety of eggshells for mosaic and each listing is different. The bag in the picture is three inches wide, and about five inches long. It is a small bag that would cover the palm of your hand. Length may be shorter depending on how the label was attached. For scale info, the labels in the picture are all 3.25 x 2.25 inches.
