This bag of broken rhea shell contains about 2 - 3 oz of large and small shell pieces. They are not dyed. Perfect for jewelry or mixed media artwork, they are clean, and ready to work. The edges may be sharp. The amount of shell in each bag about an egg or a little less. The shards do not all come from the same eggs, so there is variety in the pore patterns and shell finish. All were premium quality eggs before they broke, all from domestic Rhea. The label, for scale, is 4 x 3 inches and the bag is 4 inches wide. Length depends on where the label was attached.
